I am very dissapointed with Pawn pro. I have had great experiences with them in the past. I have spent quite a bit of money with them. However, last night I purchase seven video games and two of them were Nintendo Wii games, after cashing out the gentleman walked away to grab the games because they were not in the case. I noticed there were no manuals with the games. This is a complete deal breaker for a collector and for the value of the Wii games.
