I went in with a friend of mine knowing that what she was hoping to pawn would more than likely be rejected. As I suspected, everything she brought in was not what the pawn shop was looking for. However, the respect and kindness that Kevin gave her was everything. He was thorough and explained everything to her gently and clearly without being rude or insulting. Nasty customer service I was ignored by the worker I will never go back there again I'll spend my money with pawn pro
If I could give 0 stars for the rude and unnecessary attitude from the lady working on 8/8 that would be my rating; I mentioned to the person with me about them having an item and she said We're not taking any more bags! . So I calmly said "okay..."but in customer service if you don't like people. And she doesn't answer the phone all day. And shes always behind the desk. She makes the experience uncomfortable. HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest finding a job where there's no interaction with people. Leave the self loathing... read more
