Horrible experience. I don't know who the guy with the ponytail is, but he's bad for business. Incredibly rude for no reason. Also, how can you call yourself a pawn shop when you barely have anything besides used DVD's?
This place is terrible and will try to rob customers please don’t waste your time as they are condescending and think you’re stupid. The man with the lady hair tried to give me 19 dollars for silver, I went to we pay more pawn on Oswego road in Liverpool and got 27 dollars per ounce. Pawn king is a disrespectful joke
I had pawned a chain saw and had all expectations to get it back on time..but life happened and I was going to be a week late.and after being told one thing and then acted like I was making it all up I called a different location and spoke to a Robert and in 5 min everything was just as I was told..good dude this Robert..he saved a 1 star and made it à 3..the other store and the dude that hung up on me is why I won't do 5..
The guy with the ponytail is extremely rude all the time, he's miserable I hate seeing him when I go in there because I just know he's going to give a hard time. Everyone else is cool but this guy is always there, more than anyone else
