Theives!!! Do not trust this establishment. The old man Ross n his son Joey stole my rings n sold them. They switched my jewelry. I paid them for years n when I came to pick up my rings,they were switched to some cheap glass n metal
Do not trust this shop. I paid them for over 2 years for my jewelery n when I came back to states to pick them up,they switched my rings n gave me metal n glass. They are not trust worthy.
Business response:
When you pawned your rings we weighed and measured them. You then signed the pawn ticket with those descriptions on them. You then signed the sealed envelope and put scotch tape over your signature. The envelope was not opened until you redeemed your pawn last year and the items in the envelope were exactly as described. I retained the envelope, so if you’d like to see it again, we have it. We returned to you the exact items that you pawned with us and your accusations of our switching rings on you is clearly untrue.
By far the nicest pawn shop I have been in! They were professional and friendly. Will definitely go there again! Hard to get 5 stars from me so 4 has to do!
Great place got my TV there many years ago.
