I came into pawn America on a budget today looking for a compound bow. The assistant manager James was crazy helpful and went above and beyond anything I could have expected this morning, so thank you james for all your help,, 5 stars all the way
Kathy was beyond amazing! She made me feel so comfortable with my shopping experience. She didn’t make me feel pressured and she was just as thrilled as I was when I finally picked my ring. I was beyond nervous starting out but she made me so comfortable and I will never be able to thank her enough for it all! She was beyond amazing! Thank you so much!

This is the second time I’ve come to this place to try and sell a couple watches. The first time I was quoted a good amount (still less then what I wanted). Returned today to sell them and I was quoted over $100 less then I was before. When I told the guy helping me out that I was quoted differently he replied with “well I’m the manager and they will do what I tell them to”. This dude is nothing but a thief.
