Just had the timing chain replaced in 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. Runs like new now. Very happy with the result!
Honest mechanics with great customer service. I brought my car in after taking it to a dealer and not getting any answers after multiple hours billed. Instead the guys at Pawlik game me the complete diagnostic breakdown and advise on options after 1 hour. Completely transparent and honest about where I stood with the vehicle.
No doubt they know how to fix cars, but they use an unnecessary pressured way of selling. They called me after an inspection saying the car was in an awful state, providing no other detail, other than a $6,000+ quote to fix it, which instantly made us panick and feel like we had made a huge mistake buying the vehicle.
