Wonderful quiet and beautiful community! Jenifer the manager is the best. She is the go to for this property!
I’ve lived at Pawel Village for over 4½ years, and one of the biggest reasons I’ve continued to stay is because of Jenifer. She’s not only incredibly professional and friendly, but she also goes above and beyond for the residents. Most recently, when I moved into a larger apartment on the property, Jenifer made sure everything was in perfect condition before move-in. I've called serval times to inquire about leasing an apt. Someone from leasing text me to ask what I was looking for and after responding she said she'd get back to me the following day. Never heard anything. Then I reached out on fb and they asked for my email and said they'd pass it along to leasing. I received an email the next day asking how many bedrooms i was interested in, after responding nothing back again. I'll look elsewhere
Maintenance takes care of the premises and work orders super quick, the property has a park-like feel out in the Far West Side, and residents are kind! Thank you, Pawel Village!
