Garbage. Can't reach anyone to actually talk to. No one is ever in the office. And after denying me, they have the nerve to send collections emails and mail when I never signed for nothing and only paid for the application. $300 dollar collection for what!!!! You denied me. My credit is now taking a hit and no one cal help settle it.
I lived here for six years — starting in a studio in 2019, then a one-bedroom, and finally a two-bedroom, two-bath by 2023. Overall, it was a good experience for me, my husband, and our dog. Pros: Maintenance was always prompt, professional, and reliable. The apartments were comfortable, the pool and courts were well kept, and the community itself was generally pleasant.
