I was still filling out the paperwork when the doctor came in. He took the uncompleted paperwork, had me stand, *leaned* downward on my shoulder in a way that made my sciatica react like I'd hit my funny bone, and asked, "Does that hurt?" I had three questions written down--he dismissed or disregarded every one of them. The process of the steroid injection was very cold and sterile--I waited a long time in a room alone, without my partner or a nurse, and then got the injection and was sent out the door. I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've found Dr. Sethi to be very professional, very communicable with explanations, a good listener, friendly and approachable. I've had several successful back injections that have been quite efficient with the doctor and staff. I think he's a damn fine physician.
Dr. Sethi was able to diagnose my si joint pain. I received the pain injection and was able to walk again and receive the physical therapy I needed to heal.I would highly recommend him.
I have never had my time more disrespected and wasted by any other doctor. Dr. Sethi saw me for ~5 minutes after I waited 45 minutes to be seen. He spoke quickly, and would not let me get a word in. He read my imaging incorrectly, told me he didn’t think my pain was significant and it was something I’d have to live with, and did not ask if I had any questions.
