If I could give zero stars I would! I’m a patient here, and I’m having a flare up so I called and asked if they could prescribe me the meds that work well when this happens. They wouldn’t give it to me due to of me missing my appointment because I got the days mixed up and even rescheduled with them. The lady I spoke to had no sympathy. I asked her what does she recommend I do and her response was go to the er! So basically pay a 600 copay when she could have the Dr prescribe the meds I need for 15 dollars! Doctor chastised me and didn’t take into consideration my concerns.
This man is arrogant! I went to see him for multiple GI symptoms and all he did was yell at me. Never looked at my last colonoscopy report that showed my problems, handed me two scripts and left the room!!! How unprofessional and uncaring!!! BTW, I use my maiden name online. I saw him under my married name, Donna Urbanek. Thanks for the help, Doctor!!!
