Usually, another lady there does Mia's nails and we've used Paw-rific for quiet some time W no problems. We kept coming back as Mia is a little skiddish/anxious and she got comfortable coming here. About a month ago the owner Jill did her nails & cut them WAY TOO SHORT to where her back paw was matted W blood later!!!
