I have a multi-cat home. Everyone at Paw Prints Veterinary Center always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to, greeting each cat by name. They always listen to every question or concern I may have, no matter how many I have. The doctor and staff are completely committed to helping me keep my cats healthy as long as it takes to find the best solution. I have nothing but good things to say about this vet. She has always made my pets a priority, and treated all of us with compassion. She may not have a bubbly personality, but she has a big heart.
It's making me pick a star, because there is no thumbs down button! This vet is very mean , nasty, & unprofessional! & if she treats people this way how does she treat the animals! I asked her a question & she was so rude to me, I could not understand what her problem was! I asked her if I offended her & she got worse! I would not ever go there again!!!
I gave it one star because it won't let me give it less than that. They are horrible. My cat got out and got into a fight with an animal. I called the vet to see if they could see my cat and I actually got hung up on in the middle of the conversation. So I waited a few minutes and called back. This time I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told that no they can't help me and to go somewhere else because they were booked for the next two weeks.
