Went to Paw Prints and had a great experience! My dog has been treated for ear infections since I got him. Dr. Houck was the first vet to thoroughly explain to me what was going on and how we can manage the problem. Very down to earth, gentle and knowledgeable. Staff super friendly and followed up to check on my dog afterwards. Highly recommended!
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS BACK HERE!!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A VETS OFFICE! Dr. Houck should be fired. She obviously does not enjoy her job or animals for that matter. She was very rude the entire visit to my animals and myself. I had an appointment at 2:30 in which I arrived around 2:15. Yes, I was a little early no big deal I thought.
