I have been going to Paw Prints for several months, previous bad experience at a chain pet store groomer. I only needed my dogs nails clipped and when I had taken her she went crazy and they tried with several people and couldn't do it. So, I happened upon Paw Prints, met Tiffany and she took my dog (a rescue, so first experiences in this atmosphere) in the back, and spoke to her and had NO problem at all. (I was truly astonished!) Had absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a pet place. The groomer had an attitude and was not helpful at all. She insisted that my cat needed to be medicated after she was very rough handling her. I told her last time she was just fine. Also they managed to rip one of her toenails out leaving it bleeding. Now there will be a vet bill. Not happy at all with this place. Do not take your pets here if you care about their well being.
