Top notch customer service! I needed a specific collar and leash for my new puppy, because I wanted it to match the collar and leash I got from Paw Prints last summer for my 7yo dog. Unfortunately, I’m in Florida and had no way of getting back to Stone Harbor before the puppy got here. I called Paw Prints and they made the process simple! He took my order over the phone and had it shipped to my Florida house within days. They even sent a nice card welcoming our puppy with our package.
