I have always used PawPrint Genetics and have never had a problem, but the last panel I did was two years ago. I had a litter of puppies and was planning on holding one back to keep, and the sire was a carrier for PRA-rcd4 so naturally I wanted to test all the females to hold back a clear one. I used them for years as a breeder, since they are doing testing in a new location as well as merging with neogen, it's been terrible. I have lost sales because no results until 15days after estimated completion date so I called and we are sorry to inform you not good sample, so this is 6 weeks later. 2 weeks ago i sent 2 samples in with priority mail. Canada post sent email delivered 2 days , i called them in 6 business days and asked why they haven't confirmed received sample. They said they are sorry they never received t... read more
Talked to someone who works here and they said the testing is crap now they know it and refuse to fix it. One dog came back effected with a disease and tested through two other companies and he’s clear… the guy specifically said since neogen took it over the testing is highly unreliable and inaccurate and they know it and refuse to fix it. Sounds like they r a scam now
I have no idea what happened. But results are taking longer than 2 weeks. This is not acceptable. I hate to do it but I am going to possibly look for somewhere else. This is messing up puppy choices and losing sales. Edited to ad. 3.5 weeks later asked for new swabs. Never once had this happen in 11 years.
Very POOR service. I was told to expect test results in 14 days. However, 39 days after placing my order, I receive an email (not labeled Neogen Paw Print Genetics but another name) telling me they need another sample. I missed the email because I didn't recognize the name. When I called 49 days after placing order, I finally learned they need a new sample. How long would they have let this go?
