The girl at the desk was great but my parts thst was supposed yo take 3to5 days ....it's been weeks still nothing! I wouldn't recommend this place to fix even a tire. ...update the a nice guy from parts department Jeremy called and apologized and said he will make sure my parts are in and my bike is done by Saturday. Yay

Took three weeks to mount two tires and then told me they were done. Neither of the tires hold air. They didnt install new tubes that I bought and charged me $120 for an unfinished job.
I dropped my bike off on Thursday, told them I just needed the chain replaced and an oil change. They told me it would be ready Saturday. It’s now Tuesday, and they didn’t do what I asked. They adjusted the idle when I told them not to, and put 130 miles on my bike, and an almost empty tank!! RUN away from this place!!
