Here’s a polished version of your review — it keeps your message clear and strong Stay away from this place for service. I had my KRX there for four weeks and finally had to pick it up and take it to another dealer. After a few calls to Kawasaki, I learned they were on credit hold and couldn’t even receive warranty parts. They wasted four weeks of the best fall riding season. They don’t even deserve one star.
Took them over half a workday to get the sale finished, even after I cane the previous day to set it up. Then after the sale I get a call from the bank saying the dealer gave an incorrect social, delaying the process for the loan account. Then it takes about 6 weeks for paw paw cycle to get me the tags for the bike, I called every few days about the status but it was only after I asked for a new temp tag that they said my tag was ready.
