Customer service was phenomenal and the food was even better!!!!
I organize events for Bark and Bites Pet Social. We had an event on 8/29 and experienced a last-minute cancellation with our original vendor. I was desperately calling around to find a replacement with only an hour before our event started. When I contacted Paw Paw Chicos, they were right on it. As soon as I explained our situation, they didn't hesitate to step up and come to our rescue. Paw Paw Chico BBQ food truck stopped by my apartment today (8/14/2026) and ordered the Lovely 3 Meat Plate with 2 sides. For my meats, I chose the brisket, ribs, and jalapeño sausage], and paired them with potato salad and baked beans]. The, ribs were incredibly tender. In fact I ate the bone!!! I was craving BBQ and they did not disappoint. I was raised going to cook outs and know what good BBQ tastes like. This is GOOD BBQ! The smoked turkey and jalapeño sausage were delicious as we're the baked beans and mac n cheese. The staff were warm, friendly and quick. If you see the trailer parked give them a shot, you wont regret it.
