Wouldn't even give a star. Wouldn't not recommend bring your animal if you are having an actual emergency. Staff doesn't care and not professional. My dog was bleeding massive amounts of blood in stool. We email them pictures and called in advanced as we live over an hour and Ahalf away. We spoke to them on the phone they agreed it was an urgent matter and told us we didn't need an appointment and to come in and shed be seen. DON'T GO TO PAW HEALTH. My dog went in for an emergency, and a surgery. After the treatment, a technician was removing his breathing tube and placed their finger in my dogs mouth. My dog bite down and broke skin. The Dr admitted the technician was at fault. However my dog was placed on rabies protocol. The Dr said paw health would see him for all 3 visits with no charge for the mistake. He even apologized. I took my dog there for his surgery, and they signed off on 2 visits for both days. Was in today, unscheduled, to euthanize our sweet Emma. The staff treated her with dignaty and care while they took her from my arms to put a catheter in her paw for the proceedure.. We did our paperwork, paid the fee, and by then they brought her back to me. I could have spent more time with her but said I was ready. I held her in my arms as they gave her the two injections, alternating them. It took only moments....she stopped shivering, she relaxed, her eyes drooped shut, and...peace. She was gone.
