Great customer service! Bryan was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and repair process. Not only did he answer the phone right away, but he also came out the same day on a holiday to fix our A/C, which we truly appreciated. We were up and running again in no time. Highly recommend!!
Great customer experience! Brian was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable, taking the time to explain the issue and repair process clearly. I felt informed and confident in the work being done, and the experience felt personal—not rushed at all. I would absolutely use Pavlock AC & Heating again and will recommend them to everyone!
