Great customer service! Bryan was professional, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and repair process. Not only did he answer the phone right away, but he also came out the same day on a holiday to fix our A/C, which we truly appreciated. We were up and running again in no time. Highly recommend!!

If you've been looking for a good, honest, friendly, professional HVAC service at a more than fair price go ahead & stop your search here because Brian is your guy. He has come to our house and fixed issues in the past that got us cooled down ASAP even though the call out was very late at night. Most recently, My family trusted him & his crew to install a completely new system in our home due to the original system that came with our house had problems. Absolute professional. Came out, got to work, and didn't leave until we were back online; which was long after both of our families had gone to bed. More than highly recommended. No reason to look further: Pavlock IS the provobial bar and everyone else is beneath it.
