This review is in response to their front desk staff. The doctors are all incredible and I’ve never really had an issue. I called last night to reschedule an appt and the person on the phone was beyond rude. I understand offices are busy, but I wasn’t expecting to get a reschedule date in 3 months. So I asked if she could leave a message for the doctor. And she responded with “why exactly would I be leaving a message for the doctor for an appt rescheduling”. I can't say anything but the best. Dr Benson is phenomenal. He took care of me throughout my whole pregnancy. Had a scheduled c section. He did an outstanding job. I was up and running on day 6 even though its my second c section. Thank you very much to all off you especially to dr Benson. Definitely my highest recommendation.
I am sure the doctors are great at this facility however, I never got the chance to see one. I scheduled my appointment in sept/ oct and had a few insurance issues however, the office ultimately told me the insurance was okay. Fast forward to 1 cancelled appointment ( on my end) and my upcoming appointment being in 2 days the billing dept who i didnt speak to before tells me I need to call my insurance w the billing ID and apparently the PA i was scheduled with does not take my insurance but now as a new patient trying to sc... read more
I love every single person who works there, they truly care and are such a professionals, I spent my whole pregnancy with Dr.Benson and he also delivered my baby, I can’t imagine anyone else delivering my little miracle, I couldn’t recommend Dr.Benson enough, he is the best. can’t forget about the ultrasound tech, Katie. She’s so sweet and thoughtful, and I love her so much. I’m forever grateful.
