Since Pavion acquired Philadelphia Protection Bureau the service department has gone down hill. I've been a customer for 10 years and now it takes over a month to complete any repairs. Multiple email follow ups to make sure they don't forget about you. 1 sentence email responses. I manage 1M sf of commercial office and I used to recommend them to tenants, but not anymore.

Absolutely horrible, no-customer service. They are quick at selling and sending the bill, but if you have an issue, they are not available for contact. Called 25+ times and always get 'Not available to receive your call' What a scam !!!!

Do not do business with Pavion, AKA Security Source. They have a terrible accounting / tracking system and refused to pay for services rendered. Complete with proof of returned products, they led us on a goose chase for over a year promising then breaking several attempts at refunding us. Then, remained unresponsive to emails with proof and documentation of all outlined items & remaining balances due. Terrible service and response from them. Specifically Socorro Padilla and Nancy Lindsay.

Never do business with CTSI or Pavion or any of their companies. They can’t even make payroll. They definitely CANNOT meet your needs for security or communications. The Mechanicsville, Virginia office laid off loyal, tenured, hardworking employees this week (just before the holidays) because they can’t cut even. They won’t have people to do the work and their accounts are tanking. Run the other way!
