Absolutely horrible, no-customer service. They are quick at selling and sending the bill, but if you have an issue, they are not available for contact. Called 25+ times and always get 'Not available to receive your call' What a scam !!!!
Horrible customer service and accounting department. People here are incompetent and which is a shame because CTSI was a good company.
Do not do business with Pavion, AKA Security Source. They have a terrible accounting / tracking system and refused to pay for services rendered. Complete with proof of returned products, they led us on a goose chase for over a year promising then breaking several attempts at refunding us. Then, remained unresponsive to emails with proof and documentation of all outlined items & remaining balances due. Terrible service and response from them. Specifically Socorro Padilla and Nancy Lindsay.
Whoever drives the car with their logo is a really aggressive road rager and almost just caused an accident on I-66.
CTSI is no longer the same company since the Pavion acquisition. It appears that they have no interest in serving their existing customers. Not sure if they have become too big for their own good, or what it is. Repeated inquiries for existing and new business have been met with silence.
