Matt, the owner is happy to take your money, he has shady business practices and does not stand behind his work. He is all talk and will convince you he can do the work for a lower price because he cuts corners and his team leaves the project area a mess. There is no pride in his work and will say just about anything to get you out of his hair if you have a problem including lying to you.
