Visiting my son who lives there
I just want to say that we have now owned and lived in Pavillions on the Broadwater Biggera Waters for 2 years now and we cannot rate it highly enough .. it is a fabulous complex with exceptional Managers Greg and Steven who are always ready to assist day or night not to mention courteous and polite .. the complex gardens are meticulously maintained and the grounds are kept so tidy .. if you are looking to buy or rent close to the Broadwater this complex is the best by far .. Great location and a peaceful place to live in. Had a water heater break down, messaged the management and they replaced the whole unit right away first thing in the morning. Kudos to Pavilions and to Greg!
