2 thumbs down. My daughter is a current tenant. Has had package stolen today. Her buildings front door to the mailroom is unlocked. There is sign that states under surveillance. According to Shimah Blake, leasing agent. This surveillance is through a third party and can be accessed only by filing a police report. Shimah additionally states if thief does not look at camera they won’t be able to Identify them. Mailroom per Shomah is open to Public and tenants fob into building after mailroom entrance. DO NOT rent a property or apartment from Pavillion Properties!!! I have lived in Pavillion Heights for almost a year now. I have never caused any problems for the owners of the building and have always been kind to my neighbors. Recently, I had a package stolen from the mailroom. I went to get the package and saw that the box it was shipped in had been opened and the contents were missing. The cost of the contents of the box was around $230. My apartment building was acquired by them and let me say--they are the worst agency I have ever dealt with. The staff are rude and beyond incompetent. They are not timely in responding, they do not fix things and the upkeep of the public space is terrible (trash all over the property, glass in the parking lot). They work with a towing agency that will check the parking lot weekly and attempt to tow any car in the parking lot that they think "doesn't belong". I've seen a number of people go out to have to prevent their cars ... read more
