As a young woman, especially when dealing with something as intimate and impactful as birth control and hormonal health, it’s essential to feel understood, supported, and genuinely cared for by your OB/GYN. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. I did not care much about reviews because all I needed was a specific medication to stop my period for traveling. I was not even going to keep her as my primary gyno. She just happened to have the earliest appointment available. First of all, the staff is extremely unwelcoming, no one smiles and greets you. Bad decisions were made when my daughter went to labor. Also, she seem not to ask or know any medical history from her patients. Very unprofessional.
If I can give this place zero star I will . Don’t go to this Dr at all. Really I have a very bad experience with this place. You should wait a long time until the Dr see you, the staff calling you to your appointment then when you go there there is no body just wait for an hour or more depends.
