Best Doctor Ever!! She took care of 2 of my pregnancies and i wouldn't change her for nothing !!! 😊
The staff's attention is terrible just today 09/23/25 I called to request my medical records and the person who attended me was very rude, not even a criminal could give such bad care, I didn't even allow myself to give the name of my primary doctor, and if the doctor has hired staff like that, then she doesn't care about her patients. It was at 4:28 PM
This is by far the worst gynecology office I’ve ever been to. My first time ever coming here was in Jan 2025 and it definitely set the tone. I get there and two of the staff members are arguing, and about to get in a physical fight. One of them, the skinny blonde one i think her name is Seline, starts making fun of the other lady’s deceased boyfriend, which honestly was disgusting to witness and very unprofessional. This place is a disaster. Had me waiting for over an hour with no one in the waiting room. This is the second time they make me come for no reason. Wasting people’s time should be their slogan. I told them I would change doctors and they just put a blank face, they couldnt even care to accomodate me or save the doctors patients from leaving. Have to find a new OBGYN now at 20 weeks because of this DISASTER of a practice
Have to share this on google reviews as well. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Medrano was disappointing and left me feeling dismissed and unseen. As a young woman, especially when dealing with something as intimate and impactful as birth control and hormonal health, it’s essential to feel understood, supported, and genuinely cared for by your OB/GYN.
