Actual worst gynecologist I've ever seen in my life, no compassion for her patients and the staff WILL leave you on hold for 25 minutes. Do NOT go to this gynecologist if you actually want decent care.
I was looking for a GYN for my daughter when I saw Dr. Medrano and her ratings and realized that I should write a review as when I last saw her, I was too busy to do so. Years ago, I went to her as I have HPV and some abnormal cells had come up on my paps. She was covered by my insurance and near my house so I decided to go. Like another review, she insinuated that I had HBP because the one cuff wasn't working correctly. If I could give it a negative 10 I would , came in with my daughter for the next plan on she had an appointment. Waited 2 hours to be seen , the next plan on was inserted wrong. Made an appointment to be seen because it was very painful mind you this is the fourth time she has this procederé done elsewhere. Waited an hour and a half. The staff is very unproffesional , when you ask how long is the doctor going to take, they seem bothered, and have no response for you. Estuve mirándome con la doctora por mi embarazo de 6 semanas . Primer día que llegue ni siquiera me huso exámenes de sangre nada para saber si estaba embarazada. Hablo un momento con migo me dijo que que tenía y me mandó para la casa . Tenía una infección en la orina y ella decía que tenía que esperar. Y yo me preguntaba esperar que HASTA QUE PASOBLO PEOR ABORTE MI BB POR FAVOR NO RECOMIENDO ESTA DOCTORA . HAY UNA RESECCIONISTA RUBIA CON UN MACHO ES MUY MALCRIADA NO RECOMIENDO ESE LUGAR
