I attempted to schedule an appointment; however, the experience from the very first phone interaction was quite negative. The person who answered the call provided unfriendly and unprofessional service. I believe first impressions are essential, and if customer service over the phone is not adequate, it does not inspire confidence to continue with the process. If I could I would give this office and Natalya 0 stars. I went in 2019 to get my IUD replaced and had requested a Mirena. It's 2026, I no longer live in FL and was requesting my medical records. They notified me that they actually inserted another IUD rather the one I requested; this one is only 6 and is long overdue. Never once did they try to contact me and remind me. Very unprofessional experience. I was given incorrect information prior to my appointment, which resulted in wasted time and money. The office was poorly organized and lacked basic client care. On top of that, the exam room - where I ended up waiting without being examined - was dusty and clearly in need of cleaning. I would not recommend this office.
Yesterday I went and was very skeptical at the beginning, that faded very quickly when I got to the reception counter and the 2 ladies there were VERY kind and had a calm energy, willing to help, and active. Doctor was serious and direct to the point. Recommended what I needed to do step by step. Will be going back
