I visited Dr. Faiz the end of July 2025 for the first time for xrays and a cleaning. After the xrays Dr. Faiz came in and made a comment about how poor the health of my teeth and gums are, and that I would need several crowns and work on my gums. I asked if they would please just proceed with the cleaning and I would get a second opinion on his recommendations, but they said they would not clean until the work had been completed. My experiences at Dr. Allen Faiz’s office on July 21, 2025 , was like a nightmare on Campbell Rd. Making a long story short, I arrived at my appointment in a timely manner, checked in and I was called to the back. I walked to the back and I saw these 2 women back there whom I’ve never seen before. I asked for Shannon and they said Shannon was off that day. I said ok. Dr. Faiz’s office is so professional and welcoming. The staff has helped me successfully navigate questions surrounding my dental health, and has offered great recommendations for best care practices. Honestly, the best dentistry practice I’ve been to within the DFW! Would recommend for both adults and kids.
