My experiences at Dr. Allen Faiz’s office on July 21, 2025 , was like a nightmare on Campbell Rd. Making a long story short, I arrived at my appointment in a timely manner, checked in and I was called to the back. I walked to the back and I saw these 2 women back there whom I’ve never seen before. I asked for Shannon and they said Shannon was off that day. I said ok. Dr. Faiz’s office is so professional and welcoming. The staff has helped me successfully navigate questions surrounding my dental health, and has offered great recommendations for best care practices. Honestly, the best dentistry practice I’ve been to within the DFW! Would recommend for both adults and kids.
