The worst haircut and beard trim ever, I showed him a picture of how I want the haircut and beardtrim to be and I elaborated. Not only he didn’t do that but he also did a not even cut for both my hair and beard. Not the service you would expect for 41$ And after the cut I asked him for a brush to brush my hair and I took like 20 seconds and he was like taking the brush from me and telling me you’re beautiful! What a waste of time and money!

Ric(k) was very nice and quick at the cut. The shop was actually closed but he saw me looking puzzled and opened, offering to get me “fixed up” before he left. His Ric-Vac vacuums in the hair as it cuts. A bit like stepping into Doc’s workshop - no DeLorean in sight. Thanks Ric

I called to simply ask about walk in availability (most barber shops are appointment only nowadays) and was interrupted before I could finish my question and then hung up on before I could respond. Terrible way to interact with new/existing clients.

So glad to have found a straight up barber shop and the wait time was only a couple of minutes! For decades I've gone to either a salon or chain shop and paid too much as a result. And having lived near and driven by Pavillion Barbers for 10+ years that's a lot of missed opportunities. Rick is a professional and recognizing me as a new client we struck a brief conversation as he welcomed me. After that I pointed to a picture of what I wanted and he went to work.
