Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. After relocating to Palm Beach, I booked an appointment as a new patient, confirmed it by phone, and attended as scheduled. When I entered the consultation and began introducing myself, the doctor abruptly cut me off and said, “Stop. I will decide if we take you on as a new patient — now continue.” His tone was hostile and unprofessional. No examination was conducted. I received no care or treatment and was effectively dismissed. I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived and politely introduced myself and asked about my scheduled appointment, the lady immediately asked if I needed to use a translator. I’m from South America, but my English is perfectly fine, so that felt unnecessary and quite uncomfortable. On top of that, she was speaking to me the entire time with her mouth full, as she was eating salad crackers during our interaction. Dr Nash is such a wonderful doctor, so caring and really listens. The reception staff are also so kind and so caring, especially Tracy, she goes above and beyond for the patients. Beautiful practice and bulk billing. Thank you for your wonderful care
