Employees helpful and smiling. That means alot when you dont feel well. Small waiting area which is convenient when not too crowded.

Outstanding customer service and a caring experience from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and I received my prescription on time just as they stated. If it wasn't for this pharmacy and the group of caring folks I worked with and that work there, I would not have my prescription between my own pharmacy and another pharmacy as of today that I needed. I love dealing with this pharmacy. But sometimes they can be extremely SLOW. They offer a pull up and call service that they struggle to offer in a timely manner. Sometimes they even ask if you can come inside instead of waiting. No one should have to go through security just to pick up medication. Maybe Riverside need to relocate the pharmacy is a more accessible area or have a drive through.
