Exemplary service! I was devasted when I thought was another local florist canceled my order for my sister's memorial an hour before the service by an email. I live 400 miles away and was unable to go to the memorial, so providing the flowers was extremely important for me). I called Pavillion of Flowers and asked through tears if they could help me. Placed order from Az to Sf for my Aunt and she received next day as promised on her bday just as requested and even called to double check everything was good and they were so helpful and sweet! Definitely will be using again !
