I ordered flowers for delivery all the way from Toronto, and the owner was so friendly and patient with all of my questions and requests (I had to request cat-safe flowers and he knew exactly which arrangements could/could not be used, and which substitutions to make for the bouquet I wanted). Delivery was also smooth and they went above and beyond to update me at each step, which I was not expecting.
