Worst customer service ever! Hard to say where to begin. Had to wait from August 30 when I had mri until October 14th to get results. Dr came in and said about 2 sentences (luckily I have a medical background) and prescribed a medication & left no explanation. Was asked if I wanted results sent. I gave Doctor's name which they repeated. It was never sent! My Doctor's assistant just called (November 10) & got results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on phone. Extensions either hang up or voice mail box is full.
I can’t get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment and I really need to see someone as soon as possible. Ever time I call I get put on hold and no one answers.
Never mind the previous negative remarks. Things have been transformed for the better now. Come to see the differences... Since Jan 2025, I have had 3 visits with Pavilion Neurology Medical Group; and the office staff, especially the receptionist lady named Kirsten, and of course, my Specialist (Dr. Mayank S. Pathak), are so nice and efficient. I wish I could have more than 5 Stars to mark for them. Van Tran
Avoid Pavilion Neurology. Doctors are rude, impersonal, condescending. They’re also notorious for double-booking; the PCP who referred us to them was concerned when he told us about this. Backoffice processes are a mess; phone system was nearly unusable for months; morale seems low although staff seem like they’re trying. Our doctor was also quite conspicuous about flaunting their wealth and status during our visits. Our PCP, who’s outstanding, only referred us to Pavilion Neurology due to proximity.
