It was strange that I had an 8 am appointment. They open at 8. They delayed my procedure because they were running a little late. But, I wasn't in a hurry. They redeemed themselves by performing an additional scan that the company approved as I was finishing up the initial scan. It was late in the day but it was accomplished the same day. Kudos to the entire team.
