Pavilion was the agency that my father was referred to upon discharge from a skilled nursing facility for rehab. It took nearly a week to get a nurse in to see him, and for some reason, despite asking multiple times, no family was present for her visit ( we wanted to be) and she just showed up without giving a window of time to expect her. I experienced terrible customer service — never made it to have a HHC wound nurse see me. Every time I called to speak to someone by name, I would be told "she will call you right back" which never happened. I ended up changing dressings on wounds myself, which I am not a qualified nurse. Finally, I was discharged and picked up by another HHC agency who have provided exceptional care, everything from wound care nurse, PT, OT and HH aide. I would not refer Pavillion for any type of care. I feel they have a major overhau... read more
