The phlebotomist that did my labs was very gentle and didn't leave a bruise. I was grateful for that.

Experienced inappropriate and over exaggerated behavior from a staff whose name was similar to Cassie. The staff was not able to contain herself. She spoke over top of us multiple times, and used rude language. It appears that she has an office. Of some sort. I hope that she has a better time, on going, and is able to contain her behaviors and reflect on the way she speaks to others in a caregiving position.
