damaged my hoops in repair AND attempted to force me to buy a sapphire after they damaged it during setting. They never showed a certificate of authenticity, regardless of asking more than once. The most absurd part— the jeweler refused to remove the stone or give me back MY ring that I OWN. Steve was so rude it was unsettling. My mother got me a 14k mariner chain and cross pendant from here 11 years ago, i wear it daily to this day and it looks great. it never come off. the material is solid and held up great even with swimming, working out, heat, etc. awesome piece and will be back
