I have been here for about 2 years and it’s a great place! It’s very quiet, clean, and not far from town! Management has been great and easy to contact in your in need of anything along with maintenance.
As a college student the Pavilion Apartments is a great option. It is right across for Wallace state but also not too far from cullman so makes it easy for when you need to go to town. I have enjoyed my time staying here for the past 2 years. Management is great with any questions that you may have and they are easy to contact.
My 5 year old son and I have lived at The Pavilion for about 7 1/2 months and have already decided to renew our lease. We feel very safe here and the environment is always peaceful. I was worried how my son would transition from a 3 bedroom home to one bedroom apartment, but he has called it our “treehouse” from day one. Thank you for making my little guy feel at home.
Have been living here for about three years now, and absolutely love it. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, the rent is fairly reasonable for the area, and the complex is usually quite peaceful. Definitely recommend considering making this place your home.
When we first moved my son into the apartment, I was very skeptical with very little light in the parking lot and just the feeling around the apartment. Well, I say that to say this we went to move my son out and someone went into his apartment and stole his TV and laptop. The door was lock and all the windows as well so that mean some in the office or maintenances enter the apartment. So, if you rent here be very and I mean very careful living here.
