I moved out of the Pavillion Apts in Hanceville, AL with a $200 security deposit on 3.27.26. I asked the property manager when should I get my deposit. She said that they had 60 days. I received an itemized bill stating that I owe them $200, therefore no money was owed to me. I am a single woman that is 50 years old and I pride myself on keeping a clean home.
