Beautiful apartments and super close to Cullman city. DoorDash goes crazy here. Clean facilities and has great infrastructure for walking or running or hanging out outside. Affordable comparatively to other places especially considering the quality of the apartments. 10/10 recommend
I stayed here for 3 years. My last day is on November 30. 2025. I express my gratitude to the management of the Pavilion for helping me settle-in in my apartment three years ago. I enjoyed my three years here at the Pavilion. Management (Leigh Ann) and maintenance staff (Michael) are very responsive. I am moving out to get closer to my place of worship - the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. I highly recommend the Pavilion to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. Thank you The Pavilion!
The door locks still don’t work right. Have to work with both locks to open them. I’m afraid I won’t be able to get them open. I been away so I don’t blame maintenance at all. That’s the only problem now. Thx
The freezer was terrible and informed Sunday night said that ASAP but no one was there until whole week. All my foods are starting dump daily.
