way too overpriced for a tiny outdated apartment. had to pay $100 extra to have a second parking spot but hardly any parking spots available to park in. did not experience bugs but had leaky windows everytime it rained and bathroom ceiling leaked due to the unit upstairs (they fixed it but it looked ugly lol). there was no water pressure at all by the time we moved out. they also created a rule where you aren't allowed to feed the 20 stray cats that roam outside because it violates your lease? no it doesn't lol. also watch o... read more
Worst place i’ve ever lived. Between the roaches, the neighbors, the mold & the cats - it’s a one way ticket to drive you insane. It’s quite unfortunate how much this company preys on people. - Just experience from someone who financially was able to move away.
