I’d received a list of DME providers in network. I contacted approx 7 companies looking to get an upright rollator walker. Pavilion Healthcare actually replied to my initial email inquiry after hours, and all questions thereafter. Raj explained how they work with Medicare, and try to keep OOP costs to a minimum. He helped me find the modeland placed the order on a Sunday night. I received my walker the next day.

Raj literally saved my mom's life!!!! My Mother age 77 had been hospitalized six times in three months .She went from being vibrant an mobile to needing oxygen , an taking breathing treatments four times a day. The last time she was released from the hospital my mother expressed her concerns for possible mold in her senior apartments.Raj told me to get her out of there. My 82 yr old husband had stage 4 prostate cancer..metastasized to the bones in early fall, but he really wanted to try to go hunting in November..or at least sit in the woods.
