I'm currently living in a townhome that Pavilion is responsible for, and it is the lowest quality construction I have ever experienced. There are places which were simply not finished, and areas which were finished are so horribly done I don't even know what to say. In the ~8 months of living in this place, we have had a dozen work orders with the landlord. It should be noted the construction is not that old, and I am the first tenant.
