It’s not the most update building in white plains BUT! For what it’s worth, neighbors are nice and it’s so quiet you forget that you’re in the heart of downtown white plains. Lots of green spaces around the building to walk your pets and the flower beds outside are always a warm welcome.

I went to see a condo for purchase in the condo building. Its centrally located to almost everything, very walkable. The building looks nice from the outside, as does the lobby, with its very high ceiling and lots of glass. The concierge, Damen, was very helpful. The elevators were recently updated, 5 years ago or so. That's basically where my likes went away. I went up to the 10th floor with my realtor. Nice non-pretentious condo with necessary amenities and no frills. Walking distance to train, Broadway and downtown. Perfect location with some great renovated units.
