Pavilion at The Groves has been a great first apartment! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
I just move in these apartment from the moment I sign my lease I have had issue. For starters the leasing agency Holy sent me deposit price I had to get the prorated amount out my least myself then add up everything. Then I was told I own and extra 100 dollar because she forgot to send me equipment cost. I move in apt bugs issue with spiders, roaches and ants. They constantly advertise "1 month free," "ask about our specials" and now a referral program, probably because of the number of vacancies. The ladies in the office are way more loyal to A. Khan properties than they are to customer satisfaction and choosing right vs wrong with regard to resident treatment. Too many issues to name. Stay away!
