My husband called and reported a lease violation for building 3. Let's see if anything gets done. This place is starting to get very dirty. Hopefully, office staff will address and stay on top of it before it gets out of hand. I will gladly delete this review if properly handled asap. Otherwise, I'm posting photos.

The location couldn't be more ideal, and the property feels like a home you never want to leave! It truly has everything you could possibly need. While their selection of apartments is limited, I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out—you won’t be disappointed!
Over built and under parked. You may have to walk to other side of apartment to get to your car. Forced to pay for trash valet (can’t opt out)though raccoons riddle the area. Lacks diversity in staffing. Cameras only in areas of their interest. Vandalism and theft occur on the premises that go unresolved due to lack of cameras and lack of security. However they do have the standard amenities. 06/25/25.
Lauren is so amazing she is the best she works hard and gets stuff done I have been living here almost 3 years it’s a beautiful property so if you do come by ask for Lauren she will take care of you..
