We hired Sergio and his team to remove our old concrete stairs and patio. We worked with them as they designed and installed a beautiful paver patio, new stairs, a fire pit, TV wall and landscaping. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience with the entire Pave Stone crew and Sergio, and I cannot recommend them enough. Pavestone did a good job of providing our patio and seat wall. Ricky was very helpful and patient in the decision making process and we didn't feel rushed at all. Work time line was as promised. They took good care not to damage my existing lawn from their machinery... after a week or so, couldn't even tell they were there.
Terrible paving job from start to finish. The surface is uneven and cracked already. They rushed everything without care. Crew was rude and unprofessional. Refused to fix their mistakes. Would never hire them again.
regret calling this paving company. They used low-quality materials. The surface feels soft and uneven. Customer service is rude and dismissive. They refuse to fix the issues. Absolute waste of time and money.
