Very disappointed. As a client for many years, the current pricing, along with lack of transparency regarding pricing is a shock. I’ve already found a wonderful new estate planning attorney who puts reasonable costs up front and doesn’t deviate.
I was referred by a long term client and was quoted one price for a trust, which, as it turned out, I didn't need in the first place. This should have been disclosed during the initial consultation. I was billed almost double the quoted amount. (I'm talking about thousands of dollars! ) When I questioned the invoice, I received a Past Due notice instead of a response or explanation! Caveat emptor.
