Roberto comes across as an honest and genuine person but he is very deceitful and uses misleading tactics to upsell his services. We hired him to do a paving project for my backyard because he was doing work for our community. He made us believe he has a very strong relationship with our HOA. Using that relationship, he mislead us to believe certain work that he upsold us was approved.
