This guy doesnt even deserve one star!!!!! They ruined my beautiful patio. Used poor products......left big stain on pavers. Pavers have weeds growing between them. Pavers are lifting and .... filler between pavers chipping out. He came back to try fix it once.....made it worse then refused to call me back. I would never ever recommend this guy to anybody. He could at least own up to his mistakes.
PRE quoted a rate twice more than other restoration experts and sold it to us stating that he uses industry grade materials and not water based sealants. The first time he worked on the pavements, it looked really shabby and blotchy as though they fell short of materials. When we asked them to fix the pavements, they sprayed sealants on the grass edge, that has now turned brown and looks terrible. On top of it , the color on the pavements never really improved with the so called "Marriott like " material. I am still sulking ... read more
