Wonderful company.
Our estimator and PM Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to answer all of our many questions. We decided to go with asphalt resurfacing based on Dennis' expertise and recommendation. (We were deciding between full concrete or asphalt replacement) Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the other contrators we contacted (about 8 others) and included all the permits that needed to be pulled from the city (Some of the other contractors were reluctant to pull the permits). Showed up at our community swimming pool to cut concrete at 6am. When I explained to them that this was not allowed at this time in the morning they stopped for 5 minutes and started back up after I got in my apartment. I had to call the police to get them to stop. This company has no awareness of noise ordinances, nor do they care.
