Dr Klein has been a caring Doctor who has successfully treated my neurological needs since 2012. His staff have successfully requested medication from multiple sources quickly, his care include in person & tele health for convenience. Whenever I need Dr Klein to respond, he does so quickly & efficiently. I strongly recommend Dr Klein & the professionals at Mid-Atlantic Epilepsy & Sleep Center.
I’ve been going to Dr. Klein since 2018. He has been a very good doctor to me. What makes a doctor is not only the doctor but also their office staff. This office has the absolute worse staff always. There is obviously a high turn over rate, every time someone answers the phone that is helpful and nice they don’t stay long. The office also gaslights the patient. Every time I give a call or visit I feel like all staff does a very good job providing all the services and support I need to get the job done. Especially Celia who I run into quite often via telephone calls. I can ask the same questions to her over and over without her making me feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable and for that reason this company deserves 5 stars!
Highly disappointed with the service. I went there twice. First appointment was a consultation. The doctor was running a little late. I excused it. These things happen. The second appointment I wasn’t seen until 39 minutes after my appointment time! Inexcusable. Not only that, they do not validate parking so you are to pay for parking (I had to pay for 2 hours and I only sat with the doctor for less than 5 minutes!).
