Edward is a young and good salesman so I let him do my driveways (>$20k worth of work) as he promised me 'i would leave completely happy and have zero complaints'. A week after install, it rained and we discovered their slopes were in the wrong direction and my barn flooded with water. Had our chip and seal put on our driveway last February and they did decent work. Was told we had a 5 year warranty. They came back out in march 2024 because we were having washout issues and they put another layer on. They didn’t fix the cause of the Washout though and its getting worse. Reached out again over the last several months to both Edward and Patrick for help and provided photos and did not get a response. My driveway washed out shortly after they did the work. Contacted them with pictures and he told me it was an easy fix. Told me he would be here the next week. That was the 2nd week in may. Tried multiple times to contact him with no response. Very disappointed with him. I have a 1 year warranty but doesn't do anything if nobody answers the phone
I was told that I'd be 100% happy with the job or he giving my money back or he'd rip it out and redo it. As you can see by the pictures that I attached if he allows it to go through, which I value.
