Hi There, This is about the 70 pine street project. PAVARINI MCGOVERN uses noisy construction methods all night long that disrupts the sleep of my cockatiel’s breeding patterns! It is borderline animal cruelty how loud they are all night long! My cockatiels have told me that they are stressed and sleep deprived. They mate in the early hours of the morning, but have been too tired to make babies! This company is SO LOUD and SO NOISy that my cockatiels can’t even sleep :(. horrible. does loud overnight construction outside of residential apartment, sometimes till 3am. Lady was rude and ill mannered over the phone when I called. This company does not care about people.
