This company has been working on repairing the balconies on my building for several years. Their timelines have been off by many months to years. The Updates we receive are not trustworthy. By the time they finish, an entire new building across the street will probably be done. It wouldn't be a major issue but during the construction period, they lock our balconies from the outside. I imagine they do this for safety, but on Fridays, they will remove the locks and still continue work. That doesn't make much sense to me.
