Walter was hired to build a privacy area in front of our office restrooms to give a sound barrier and a sense of privacy for our employees. He provided a fair quote to perform the work and always showed up when he said he would. Walter was willing to work on the weekends to work around our normal business hours. Quality work at a fair price and great to work with. Would definitely use them again!!

Pavao Building Services was very professional and did a wonderful job on our half wall trim. Walter was so great at communicating when arriving and what would be completed each day. He also came a day before the project and showed us different examples of ways the trim could look. That was really helpful for us to pick out the trim. I would definitely recommend this company and I will reach out for future projects.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Walter Pavao and his crew! He and his crew built us a fantastic screened porch and I couldn't be more satisfied. He shows up when he says he's coming, he works quickly and skillfully and he is very meticulous. He builds as if he's building for himself!
