I hired Pavao Building Services for 3 projects that included a bathroom remodel, new siding for one side of the house, reframing the carport, replacing the ceilings on both the front porch and carport, and removing old brick stairs to build new wooden steps with a landing and railings. I am so impressed with the work Walt and his team did on my front porch! I recently moved here from Alaska and I really appreciated how kind, friendly, and direct Walt was. He helped me navigate the best way to fix safety issues while ensuring the final result was beautiful. Jose did an incredible job repairing the concrete. Walter was hired to build a privacy area in front of our office restrooms to give a sound barrier and a sense of privacy for our employees. He provided a fair quote to perform the work and always showed up when he said he would. Walter was willing to work on the weekends to work around our normal business hours. Quality work at a fair price and great to work with. Would definitely use them again!!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Walter Pavao and his crew! He and his crew built us a fantastic screened porch and I couldn't be more satisfied. He shows up when he says he's coming, he works quickly and skillfully and he is very meticulous. He builds as if he's building for himself!
